How I Started Building Teams

I started selling products door to door as a way of funding my Film & TV venture and then within a couple of months. I was approached by a different companies to build door to door teams.

I built loyal, committed, motivated and commission-only door-to-door teams.

Priceless knowledge: I was approved for a dealership with one of the world's largest home security providers. and then made more sales than their starte office(s).

Priceless knowledge: I have also been approved for first chance finance dealerships, second chance finance. I have also worked closely with in-house finance where every application gets approved.

Home Security Dealership Approval: Could have made hundreds of thousands of dollars from this business venture. My systems were proven from day one and generating more sales than their state office(s). They superseded the agreement and a third-party system was introduced. I had worked with these systems many years prior. I decided not to accept the new agreement.

Finance Dealership Approvals: Could have also made hundreds of thousands of dollars from this business venture. Although, both finance companies lied about their consumer approval rates. I had a proven track record for building teams for this product. 

2021: I was offered to build teams for an outbound call centre and with no restriction on the number of team members. The call center's number of team members and in turn lead generation was set too high from the start. The director's thinking was way too entrepreneurial before I arrived and I was told they had unlimited funding for this multinational program.

Over the years, I have been in negotiations with many companies, who said they had the cash flow. In the end, they did not have the cash flow to manage my proposed figures (millions of dollars). These people had belief, although they where only dreamers (waste of my time).

Although, taking your poposed opportunity to another level, is not as easy as first thought.  I have heard and know of many companies that recruited a team by selling their opportunity. Although, all team members left within a short amount of time. Further, the company also lost money, direction and then total belief.  I spoke with a few of these companies after they lost belief and also spoke with a few prior to losing belief.
